Shipping Policy

Our standard delivery time is 2–3 working days from the date the order is placed. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier operations, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above PKR 2999/-
Orders with a subtotal below PKR 2999/- will incur a flat shipping fee of PKR 200.

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation email is sent immediately after an order is placed. Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address to ensure successful communication regarding their order.

Order Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier’s system.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement without any additional cost. Cancellation requests must be sent to shadeoutcosmetics@gmail.com with the subject line “CANCEL”, including the relevant order number. 

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

If an incorrect delivery address was provided, the customer must notify Shadeout Cosmetics Pvt.Ltd. by emailing shadeoutcosmetics@gmail.com with the correct information and the order number within 12 hours of placing the order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered dispatch processing.
